This individual will direct the appraisal staff in the conduct, process, and preparation of Certified ASA Valuation reports for our clients. This position will report to the Managing Partners. This individual must have an understanding of and background in the Valuation Industry; ASA or AMEA designations are preferred, but not required. The individual will direct the staff and work in conjunction with our global network of industry sector specialists in the preparation of valuation reports for Asset Based Lenders, Venture Capitalists, Money Center Banks, Leasing Companies, small and large corporations. These certified reports will be prepared in compliance with USPAP and will shortly be the benchmark appraisal reports for the entire industry. The individual must possess strong written, verbal and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple valuations and staff, simultaneously across the globe.
