Our firm has been retained to find a partner, investor, or buyer for Victor Graphics, Inc., family‐owned, full service book manufacturer and printing company (“Victor” or “the Company”) and/or its real property.

Victor’s core capabilities include one and two color text, workbooks, catalogs, paperback and case bound books, in addition to digital printing and eBook conversions. The Company also provides assistance with DVD production, composition, creative design, electronic pre-press training, kitting/assembly, storage, mailing and fulfillment. Victor Graphics, known throughout the printing industry as “The Pineapple People”, was founded in 1983 and has become the largest privately‐owned book printer in Baltimore, Maryland.

Victor’s sheet‐fed and web offset presses are ideal for short to medium runs, while the digital press is a perfect solution for short runs and quick schedules. Victor has successfully expanded its offerings so that revenue is spread across 11 market segments and over 400 customers across the United States. Among those are general book publishers, elementary, high school, and college publishers, religious publishers, and government agencies. In addition, no single customer accounts for more than 7% of total revenue and the top 25 customers consistently make up less than half of the annual revenue.

Victor operates out of its modern, 116,757 square foot facility located on 6 acres, 4 miles from downtown Baltimore and ideally situated off I‐95. The building is air conditioned, with 12 dock high doors and 1 drive‐in door. Warehouse ceiling height is 19 feet.
