(Note: There will be a buyers premium of 5% charged on the sale of real estate, 15% on capital equipment, and 7% on all other assets)

Lot #2: Bulk Sale of Business Enterprise only. Including but not limited to Intellectual Property and Accounts Receivable. (Excluding real estate, capital equipment, and inventory). (Note: There will be a 7% buyers premium charged on the sale of all AR, IP, Customers)

Lot #3: Bulk Sale of Real Estate, Capital Equipment and Inventory (excluding Business Enterprise). (Note: There will be a buyers premium of 5% charged on the sale of real estate, 15% on capital equipment, and 7% on Inventory)
