Washington Street, Suite 102, Easton, MD 21601on or before January 23, 2015 at 5:00 PM Central Time. Bids should be submitted via a marked up version of the Asset Purchase Agreement, available from Equity Partners HG LLC and accompanied by a cash deposit in the amount the greater of $100,000 or10% of your bid, payable to EP USA, LLC, along with evidence of your ability to close within 30 days of the entry of an order granting the sale motion. If your bid is deemed to constitute a Qualifying Offer, you will be able to participate in the Auction. The Auction will be conducted at the offices of Evans & Mullinix, P.A., 7225 Renner Road, Suite 200, Shawnee, Kansas 66217.
