San Diego, CA – April 12, 2012 – Heritage Global Partners (“HGP”), a global leader in asset advisory and auction services and a wholly owned subsidiary of Counsel RB Capital (OTCQB: CRBN), today announced that it is conducting an upcoming worldwide online auction featuring a complete New York City-based TV broadcasting studio and its entire infrastructure, including pre- and post-production equipment previously owned by RAI Corporation, a leading US-based Italian language television and radio broadcaster.

Ross Dove – European Working Vacation

This May I will head to Europe for what I am calling the ”Third time’s a charm.” Those in our industry know I have been preaching the single- source global provider for two decades. It’s why we spent countless time building a global network when founding Heritage Global Partners. Yet, it all started decades ago. In the 1990’ s, the partners at Dove Brothers, Norman Levy, and Henry Butcher spent two days together in London attempting a historic three-way merger of equals. We were almost Levy Butcher Dove. Somehow, it just never quite happened. Life and business sure do go up and down. Years later, I acquired Norman Levy, and became great colleagues that we still partner with today. My old firm finally did get global, and ironically, after the Norman Levy partners moved on, the firm that bought Henry Butcher eventually bought me. If you believe the saying “practice makes perfect”, then here goes:

My new parent corp, Counsel RB, is lead by the Reich Brothers- who also went global with my former firm and also embrace this concept. They said ”Ross, as good as your global network is, with the backing of Counsel let’s go all the way- and bring in house the best of breed world class team. Six Power Plants throughout California to be sold

On behalf of GWF Power Systems, Hilco Industrial, in partnership with Heritage Global Partners, is conducting an immediate sale of six petroleum coke fired power plants in California, for global relocation opportunities or potential turnkey operations.

The Private Treaty Sale features five 22 MW plants and one 30 MW plant. These sites each consist of a single fluidized bed boiler providing steam to a single steam turbine generator. Two of the 22MW sites utilize a Simon-Macawber fuel feed system. The other three 22 MW sites utilize a Scalper/Splitter fuel feed system. The 30 MW site utilizes Simon-Macawber Fuel Feed System with crusher/dryers System. Large inventories of spare and replacement parts are available at each facility.
