A hard day at a tough auction- we have all been there. We had ten million in custom assets from a large contractor made specially for installation at the Fontainebleau resort in Las Vegas. The resort project went under and filed bankruptcy and our client was left with the assets and a bad debt! He found us and had to go to auction in rough hospitality market. One hundred chairs and coffee and bagels for all, four bidders on site, nine on the web and our Seller at my side. He is a great guy and stood up and bit the bullet and got it done.
