Sales taxes arisin on a sale shall be paid to the Auctioneer at the time of the sale. Customers claiming exemption from taxes shall provide proof satisfactory to the Auctioneer of their entitlement to claim such exemption at time of purchase. Once the documents are received, taxes submitted will be reimbursed to the customer. proof of Tax Exempt status, Resale Certificate or Commercial Bill of Landing, must be received within two weeks of invoicing. If not received in that timeframe, purchaser will have to seek reimbursement from Governing Tax Authority and not from Auctioneer.
