We first began remarketing Bi-Polar and C-Moss plants, producing 3 inch wafers. We developed global contacts with startups and large scale plants, seeking additional capacity production through the acquisition of used tools and semiconductor fabrication. Our skill sets grew along with the expanded size of wafer production from 3 inch to today’s 12 inch, and we have remarketed scores of gallium arsenide and crystal growing facilities as well.
