Nick Dove is the President of Heritage Global Partners (“HGP”). Nick oversees and manages all activities, operations, and corporate developments of HGP. Additionally, Nick serves on the Executive Management Team of HGP’s parent company, Heritage Global Inc. (NASDAQ: HGBL), where Nick is President of Industrial Assets for Heritage Global Inc. In this role Nick is responsible for the oversight of the company’s two Industrial Asset business units, including HGP and Heritage Global Valuations (“HGV”), as well as American Laboratory Trading (“ALT”), a subsidiary acquired in August 2021.
Prior to his role as President of HGP, from August 2017 to September 2020 Nick served as HGP’s Executive Vice President and was responsible for the management and oversight of all acquisitions & dispositions globally, and had direct oversight of all other business development and revenue generating initiatives company-wide. In the previous 5 years prior, Nick was one of HGP’s Director of Sales and was tasked with finding, developing and managing new business. In this role, Nick oversaw many large and notable acquisitions and disposition projects of machinery, equipment and real estate for both Fortune 1000 companies and companies inside the bankruptcy arena. Nick personally negotiated and managed projects for: Adidas, Advanced Energy, Aerojet Rocketdyne, Astellas, Boehringer Ingelheim, BP Wind, Candlestick Park, Digital Domain Media Group, Lonza, Olympus, Sanofi, Source Nutrition, Triumph Group and many others.
Nick graduated Cum Laude from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Nick is a licensed auctioneer in multiple states and a graduate of the Missouri Auction School. Nick is 4th generation in the legacy of HGP’s family business.
In 2019 Nick was appointed to the Board of Directors for the Industrial Auctioneers Association.
