Our firm has been retained to seek a buyer for MallyGirl, LLC (“MallyGirl” or “the Company”), an international cosmetics brand founded in 2005 by Mally Roncal, a sought after makeup artist to the stars. Annual sales reached over $30 million last year, largely due to strong relationships with QVC and ULTA Beauty stores. In addition to retail distribution, the Company also has a direct-to-consumer presence on the internet through their own site,, and others like that offer prestige cosmetics, fragrances, makeup, skin care, and hair care products. MallyGirl is also considered a “multi-cultural line” spanning from fair to rich skin tones.

Distribution is completed from a leased 50,000 square foot warehouse, minutes from Baltimore. MallyGirl has over 1,000 products in the color cosmetics category, covering the range of beauty needs. Capitalizing on the owner’s celebrity connections, MallyGirl has developed a strong social media presence (50,000 Twitter followers and almost 125,000 Facebook “likes”) and the Company is well positioned to increase their market share in a rapidly growing $50 billion/year industry.
