Heritage Global Partners to Conduct Auction of Blue Ridge Panels’ Industrial Particleboard and Home Decking Manufacturing Equipment and Related Assets on October 31

San Diego, CA and Lenoir, NC – (BUSINESS WIRE) – Heritage Global Partners (“HGP”), a global leader in asset advisory and auction services and a wholly owned subsidiary of Counsel RB Capital (OTCQB: CRBN), today announced its upcoming plant closure sale of the complete industrial particleboard and home decking manufacturing equipment, real estate (subject to seller’s confirmation) and related assets of North Carolina-based Blue Ridge Panels, Inc.  The auction will be conducted via a live global online webcast in various piecemeal configurations.

The sale of Blue Ridge Panels’ assets begins Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at 7:00 a.m. ET and ends Thursday, November 1, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. ET.  The live global online webcast auction, combining HGP’s state-of-the-art auction webcast capabilities together with partner BidItUp.com, is accessible via www.hgpauction.com/?auctionid=269. The aggregate sale includes, among other items, Blue Ridge Panels’ Schenk Matformer and a Bison Pathex Hydraulic Hot Press, both complete with conveyors and forming lines; an Anthon Gmbh and Co. dual axis CNC panel sizing system; as well as a Steinemann six-headed sander complete with 90 ton lift, in and out feed conveyors, edgers and gang rip saw – 30 ton lift.  The global auction will also feature facility support tools, transformers, air compressors, large pumps and much, much more.
