Sulphco’s Sonocracking Petroleum to be Sold by HGP and Pluritas

SulphCo is a global developer of Sonocracking technology, a process designed to efficiently reduce the complex sulfur compounds in petroleum products and the carbon dioxide emissions during the desulfurization processes.

The global auction will be conducted online on March 18, 2013, beginning at 7 am PST and ending on March 19, 2013 at 10 am PST.  The sale will include its U.S. and foreign equivalent patents, registered trademarks, commercial-scale Sonocracking equipment and other intangibles.
