Craig Thompson, Senior Vice President at HGP, is responsible for sourcing, developing, and overseeing acquisition and divestment initiatives on a global scale. He has been with HGP since 2009 and has managed over 250 auctions in the past 10 years. Mr. Thompson’s main area of expertise lies in biotech and pharmaceutical properties, with projects for Amgen, Genentech, Roche, Mallinckrodt, RJ Reynolds, and many others. Beyond biopharma assets, he has managed significant operations in sectors such as Lufthansa Technik Airmotive Ireland, iAero Thrust, Avantair, and Russian River Brewing Co. Mr. Thompson holds a bachelor’s degree in business with a focus on marketing from St. Mary's College of California. He lives in San Diego with his wife Liz and their three children, CJ, Colton, and Cade. He works out of HGP's San Diego office.
