He joined HGP in 2023 and brings over 20 years of progressive finance, accounting, and managerial experience, including 18 years with Qualcomm Inc., a Global Fortune 500 company, and 3 years as a public accounting professional with Deloitte. His areas of expertise include revenue recognition (ASC 606), financial close, SOX 404, Oracle ERP, forecasting, M&A, and pricing. Mr. Gerken graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a concentration in Accounting.
