Kevin Poplawski, Manager of Technical Accounting and Reporting at Heritage Global Inc. (NASDAQ: HGBL), is responsible for corporate accounting and SEC filing requirements, including the consolidation of all relevant entities, the implementation of new accounting policies and procedures, memos related to such pronouncements, as well as the preparation of quarterly financial filings with the SEC. Prior to joining Heritage Global, Mr. Poplawski acquired public accounting experience at RSM, as well as industry and managerial experience at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Pitney Bowes in the fields of biotech and e-commerce. He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from High Point University and is licensed as a CPA in the state of Connecticut.
