Tim Shaeffer, Director of Business Development at HGP, is responsible for sourcing, developing, and overseeing acquisition and disposition initiatives on an international scale since March 2018. He has conducted numerous notable assignments in the aerospace, biopharma, transportation, and machine tool sectors across the United States for companies such as Collins Aerospace, La Jolla Pharmaceuticals, Regulus Therapeutics, Vical, Avid Bioservices, LifeCare Health Partners, Transdev, Lucas Oil, and many others. Mr. Shaeffer graduated from the University of Maryland (College Park) in 2013, where he was a member of the Varsity Men's Lacrosse team. He lives in San Diego with his wife and son, and works out of HGP's San Diego office.
