Heritage Equity Partners and Heritage Global Partners has been engaged, by order of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court; Case No. 13-01710-NPO, to sell two hardwood sawmills on behalf of Kitchens Brothers Manufacturing Co. through a global webcast auction on November 20th. Kitchen Brothers Operations ceased in November 2012, the mills have been diligently maintained, now aggressively seeking to liquidate all assets. With lumber prices now at all-time record highs; this is an excellent opportunity to capture a turnkey plant and/or valuable assets in a piecemeal auction.

BULK SALE OFFERINGS (Lots A through 4)  Complete offerings of all Commercial Real Estate and Capital Assets of the Kitchens Brothers facilities will be offered jointly and separately.

PIECEMEAL AUCTION (Lots 251 through 682) Should the high bids for Lots A through 4 not be acceptable, a piecemeal auction of Kitchen Brothers Assets will be conducted on a lot by lot basis (Lots 251 through 682). The piecemeal segment of the auction will be conducted live on site and on the internet to allow for global participation.
