Q: Is this a live auction?
A: No, this is a sealed bid sale. All bids must be submitted using the Sealed Bid Form included in the Bid Package.

Q: How do I submit a bid?
A: Download the Bidders Packet, complete the Sealed Bid Form, and email it to tlaster@hginc.com before the deadline.

Q: Can I bid on individual items?
A: No. Assets are offered in bulk groups only. Bids must be submitted on one group, both groups, or the entire portfolio.

Q: What is the bid deadline?
A: All bids are due Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 12:00 PM PT (Pacific Time).

Q: Do I need to register to bid?
A: No registration is required. Bids are submitted directly via the Sealed Bid Form.

Q: What currency should bids be submitted in?
A: All bids must be submitted in United States Dollars (USD).

Q: How is payment handled?
A: The equipment purchase will be invoiced by Pfizer. The Buyer’s Premium (19%) will be invoiced separately by HGP. Full payment is required prior to release of assets.

Q: Can I inspect the equipment?
A: Yes, inspections are available by appointment. Please contact Tom Laster to schedule.
