• Intellectual property owned by Sauber, LLC including patents and other trade secrets

Subject to certain limitations and restrictions, the winning bidder will own an economic interest in a company who owns an operational 15.3 million gallon per year biodiesel facility located in Watsonville, California with multi-feedstock capability and an integrated supply of feedstock.  The automated and continuous flow facility is strategically located in the heart of California and is in compliance with all State and Federal regulations to produce a superior renewable fuel.
