San Diego State is offering an opportunity for sports fans to get a piece of memorabilia from SDCCU Stadium.

Seats are available now for Aztec Club members for $299 per pair. On Dec. 1, seats will be available for the general public for $329 per pair.

According to SDSU’s announcement, net proceeds for seat sales and additional items being auctioned off next month “will be reinvested in the Aztec Stadium project.”

Pricing for the seats was determined after considering costs for pairs of seats from San Francisco’s Candlestick Park ($649-$749), the Georgia Dome ($599) and Texas’ Globe Life Park ($500-$600).

Those interested in purchasing seats can go to goaztecs.com/stadiumseatsales for details and ordering instructions.

Disclaimers or conditions that come with the seats include:

  • The seats are being sold for memorabilia purposes only and may not be suitable for actual use because of age and exposure to the elements.
  • The seats must be picked up in person — at a mid-December date to be determined — because shipping is not available.
  • The seats come as-is, riser-mounted, meaning they can’t stand on their own. To purchase brackets, customers are referred to Stadium Seat Depot, which has brackets available for $129.99 to $199.99.
  • Specific seat numbers can’t be requested, but customers can purchase seat number plates at Stadium Seat Depot for $14.99.

An online auction will be conducted Dec. 14-16 that includes 645 lots of various items from the stadium.

The vast majority of lots is stadium signage — section markers and parking lot signs — but also included are electric carts, fork lifts, grounds keeping equipment, pickup trucks and even a street sweeper.

The auction will be conducted by Heritage Global Partners.

Auction items can be viewed at goaztecs.com/stadiumauction.
